    You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. Payment and co-pays, deductibles, and self-pays are due at time of service.

  • Self-Pay Rates:

    Initial Evaluation: $175

    Individual Session: $150

    If you need assistance in paying for the session fees, I have scholarships available. I accept cash or you can pay electronically via a secure platform. I also accept HSA payments.

  • Payments:

    I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card as forms of payment.

  • Cancelation Policy:

    You may cancel your session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I charge a $100 cancelation fee. Failure to provide any notice (a no-show) will result in $150 full session fee.

    This is to protect my time and income, as well as other clients on the waiting list. You will receive courtesy appointment reminders via text or email as I try to be as helpful with this as possible.

  • Good Faith Estimate:

    Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy services.

    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

    You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

    If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
